About this program
The Alyce All-Stars program exists to highlight Alyce Customers and Friends who have mastered the art of āpersonal experience.ā
An All-Star prioritizes Building Rapport, Earning Trust, and Generating Loyalty over making someone feel like just another face in the crowd.
All-Stars challenge the status quo and ā while theyāre not officially Alyce employees ā we consider them an extension of our team. They find creative ways to infuse our core values of Give First, Give Consistently, Be Crafty, Seize the Present, and Unwrap the Possibility into their unique way of doing business.
This weekās All-Star is Bhavisha Oza, Senior Director of Demand Generation at Postclick!

Q: Share with us some of your personal interests?
I like yoga, though I havenāt done it in a while. I like photography, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. My family is pretty far away so when we get to spend time together itās really special. I also love making fusion recipes
Q: What song is on repeat right now for you?
Happy by Pharell Williams, it just lifts me up and does what the song is supposed to do.
Q: As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I donāt remember what I wanted to be when I was really young but I went to college for mechanical engineering and I wanted to build planes and cars. But then I got my MBA in marketing and went in that direction instead. Now Iām building lead scoring models, which feels a lot safer. No one gets hurt if my model breaks.
Q: Whatās your favorite thing about the place where you live? Why and how do you take advantage of it?
I always had this dream of living in California and now I do. California is my second home away from home and I love it here.
Q: What would be the title of your first music album?
Simple is Beautiful. I believe that anything you create should be simple but sophisticated.
Q: Whatās something you consider yourself to be ok at but not great at?
To bring Alyce into the conversation, I would say bottom of the funnel programs that focus on pipeline acceleration. Iāve always run marketing programs that are focused more on top of funnel acquisition or middle of the funnel engagement, so Iām spending more time now figuring out the bottom of the funnel and Alyce is helping me think those programs through.
Q: What is the best gift you have ever received?
Becoming an aunt. I have a niece who just lights me up. Sheās so special and fills me with joy and it was the best gift to get her in my life so definitely becoming an aunt.
Q: Beach, safari, or forest vacation?
The beach, any day. Another reason to love California.
Q: If you could give a piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?
I think Iād tell myself this advice now as well but there is more to life than work. You work to live, donāt live to work.
Q: Would you rather be an olympic gold medalist or win a nobel prize? And why?
Iām not athletic so I would have to say nobel prize.
Q: Are you a morning person or a night owl? How do you like to start your day?
Iām definitely not a morning person and being on the West Coast makes that tricky because we have to be in communication with the east coast and even Europe sometimes. I would say my peak hours would be 11am to 7pm, Iām a solid afternoon person.
Q: How did you meet your childhood best friend?
Well, I met my husband in college and heās my best friend if that counts. We met in engineering college. Itās funny because I did my MBA in marketing and he did his in finance so we say engineering was meant for us to meet.
Q: If you could live through any event in history, what event would that be? Why would you want to live through that event?
I would say being with Christopher Columbus when he discovered America. I would just want to be on the ship and explore new places
