Q: What has been your proudest moment working at Alyce?Â
There have been lots of moments, but my proudest moments have been during our company meetings where we talk about how weâve given to various charities. I love how we make it easier for people to donate to a place that resonates with them personally.
Q: Before working at Alyce, what was the most unusual or interesting job youâve ever had?
I have been a Dirt Bike Mechanic and a Car Mechanic, but the most interesting job was supervising the assembly of a 200 ft. floating dock. These jobs have been invaluable in teaching me people skills.
Q: Best advice to give to future Alyce teammates?Â
You need to be able to flow through the process as we go. We move fast and adaptability is key to being successful. Also, the more you communicate, the more you are shaping and helping your experience with your colleagues for the better (especially in a remote setting).
Q: Whatâs the best gift youâve ever been given?Â
My brother surprised me with a fire-starter tool. Itâs supposed to be for survival purposes, but I have yet to use it for that. Itâs a rock with a metal piece that makes friction. Itâs my favorite gift because itâs an uncommon item and it came out of nowhere. It wasnât even my birthday or anything!
