As a kid David Hale was a competitive swimmer. He could have used a built-in snorkel like the Snorks had, but he had a brighter future out of the water anyway. For over 13 years David ran the privacy, IP and Security legal function at TD Ameritrade through a period of immense growth. Aside from being a fantastic mentor, David has been in the privacy game for a long time, he was an IAPP certified pro in the early 2000s before it was so cool.
